At the prestigious launch of Pingu’s English in Vilnius yesterday, Mr David Hunt, British Ambassador to Lithuania, welcomed the UK-franchise from the Linguaphone Group to the country, and congratulated Prima Educatio Ltd on their appointment as the exclusive Master Franchise for Pingu’s English across Lithuania.
Pingu’s English Lithuania opened their doors to their flagship Pingu’s English School in a well-positioned city-center location of Vilnius. Children and parents alike can now register for free demo Pingu’s English classes, and find out more about children’s birthday parties on offer, as well as seasonal one-week day camp services and creative activities for parents and kids that will be available from the school.
Pingu’s English is a three-level language course for 3-8 year olds, already transforming the way that children learn English and delivered by a network of Master Franchisees in over twenty countries worldwide. Centered around the adventures of Pingu™ and his friends and family in the South Pole, Pingu’s English uses a wide variety of imaginative activities and multimedia resources to teach children to read, write, listen and speak confidently in the English language.
As well as developing a strong presence in Vilnius, Pingu’s English Lithuania will open a Pingu’s English School in Kaunas later this year. They will also work with investors and entrepreneurs to open their own Pingu’s English School in other parts of Lithuania.
Speaking at the launch, Mr David Hunt, British Ambassador to Lithuania said: “I am delighted to welcome Pingu’s English to the Lithuanian market. British companies are market leaders in the education sector, and I look forward to seeing Pingu’s English continuing this performance in Lithuania”.
Mr Matt Brown, New Business Manager with the Linguaphone Group added “We are delighted to see the launch of Pingu’s English Lithuania in Vilnius today. We very much look forward to working with our partner here to bring our renowned pre-school English language program to children across Lithuania.”
